C.J. Metcalfe holds two degrees: an A.A. in criminal justice from Johnson County College and an A.S. in radiology from St. Petersburg College. She is married to a three-tour Vietnam Marine Corps veteran and has a long history of veteran involvement and support in Florida. Spending most of her career in marketing and fundraising, she utilizes her talents to give tribute, honor and recognition to all veterans of our military services.

C.J. holds memberships in Punta Gorda Elks Lodge 2606, where she has produced the annual Veterans Parade for the past three years, American Legion Post #110 Women’s Auxiliary and the Hickory Bluff Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution. C.J. also serves on the board of directors for Burnt Store Isles (currently as security director).

She is an active participant and supporter of Honor Flight of West Central Florida, serves as the area lead volunteer for Help Heal Veterans and volunteer coordinator for Volunteers of America of Florida-Punta Gorda Veterans Village. C.J. is well known in Charlotte County and beyond for her years of outreach and dedication to “serving those who have served us.”
