Thriving, prosperous communities for all its inhabitants is within our reach but to get there will require us to individually and collectively reflect on how we got to where we are today and, very intentionally, learn from that reflection and define a course toward our shared aspirational future. As we pursue that course together we must support one another and adapt to changing circumstances. This is the very definition of a healthy, connected and resilient community.
