Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Crystal lived in South Dakota, Wyoming, and Indiana before making the move to her dream destination - Florida. Crystal first fell in love with the Sunshine State after vacationing on Siesta Key for many years and now lives in the charming waterfront community of Punta Gorda Isles. Using her 25-plus years of experience in business and real estate, Crystal is proud to serve buyers and sellers in her neighborhood and the surrounding areas.

A life-long learner, Crystal understands that continued development, both personal and professional, is essential to top performance. Crystal is the 2021 President of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Women's Council of Realtors, chairs the Realtors of PGPCNPDS Leadership Academy (2020 and 2021), is a member of Team Punta Gorda and the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce. She is on the board of the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association's Friends, Fun and Community organization. Crystal served on the boards of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the American Heart Association. She enjoys volunteering, cycling, and exploring Florida's beaches.

Leanne Walker, Past President, Women’s Council of Realtors
Leanne has been in real estate since 1985 and is a Colorado native. Leanne and her husband relocated to SW Florida in 2016. Leanne has 20 years experience in the REO/BPO field. She has been a leading real estate broker for more than 30 years with extensive experience selling both new and resale residential homes with current production exceeding $10M per year. Her core capabilities include, researching comparative market activity, negotiating transactions and marketing listings to other agents, investors, and buyers. Walker Realty Group is actively helping Asset Managers dispose of REO properties in Florida. Leanne works with several financial institutions including USBank, Bank of America, Citi Residential Lending, Chase, American Home Servicing, Old Republic National Default Management, First Preston, Hometelos, HUD, Specialized Asset Management and Wells Fargo. Leanne’s prior business experience includes training executives for three national homebuilders, managed 17 new-home communities and 30 on-site sales associates supporting year over year growth of 5%.
